Am I stupid enough not to understand why the most basic and obvious functionality is not available?

Is there a simple way to display the list of all the employees of my company.

I spent hours on the internet and no questions or answers corresponds to my request.

I read things on the "channels", the "teams" and others but that does not interest me: I just want to see all the members of my business.

I have absolutely no idea of the team or the channel to which the person I want to contact!

I do not understand why I have to use the search function to find, one by one, the people I want to contact!

If they appear in research results, it is because they are employees of the company like me, and therefore why can't I see them all together?

Imagine that you want to send your best wishes for the new year.

Very often, you select the contact application on your smartphone and the list of all your contacts appears on the screen: basic.

Then you browse the list to select all those you want to write.

Would it be practical to use the search bar and find among your 200 contacts, who to write by trying to retain the name of each?
I would like to write to a list of selected people but I would be sure I don't forget if I had a full list ...

    @Stephane

    You could try to use the Org Chart:

    • Open Microsoft Teams.
    • Go to Chat or Teams.
    • Click on any person's name. This should open their profile card.
    • Click on Organization tab in their profile card to see their position in the organizational chart.
    • You can navigate through the org chart to see more employees.

    Meanwhile, Teams admin have the right to see all employees in your organization via Teams admin center.
