Historical Azure Maps Routing with Date/Time + Traffic

Question

I am looking to use Azure maps for getting routes between two points in the past. From testing, it seems that anything in the past, has the same estimated time with the same route, regardless of any accidents that might've happened on that day. Can Azure Maps be used for this? The oldest date I currently look at would be roughly 5 days in the past.

I'm fairly certain that using dates in the past or future will be based on predicted traffic data, and not real historical data. Short term future (a few hours) would use real time data.
