Hello,
I am trying to install Microsoft New Teams on a machine running Windows 11 LTSC. However, during the installation process, I receive the following error message:
“Teams cannot be installed on this machine. Windows LTSC is not supported.”
I understand that certain features or applications may not be fully supported on LTSC versions due to their design for long-term stability. However, I need clarification:
Is there a workaround or alternative way to install Microsoft New Teams on Windows 11 LTSC?
Are there any plans from Microsoft to support New Teams on LTSC in the future?
If New Teams is incompatible, is there a recommended alternative or previous version of Teams that works with LTSC?
Any advice or insight from someone who has encountered this issue would be greatly appreciated.

It seems that the LTSC windows version is not compatible with teams.

At present, it seems there is no more information that the LTSC Windows version will be compatible with teams.
We may try to install hyper-v feature and install the teams in virtual machine as a workaround.
