Conferencing enabled for SFB won't work for MS Teams.
You have to get it subscribed separately for MS Teams, then only dial-in numbers will appear when you create teams meeting.
If you have PSTN enabled for Skype for Business does it also work for MS teams?
If you have PSTN or Microsoft Skype for conferencing enabled for Skype for Business does it also work for MS teams? The problem is I do have PSTN feature for SFB and when I create SFB meeting Outlook I do see dial-in number included in meeings, however, when I create meeting using MS teams Outlook add-in dial-in number is not included?
I did some search online and wonder if my organization needs to separately enable PSTN for MS teams.

None of my co-workers who have SFB PSTN enabled see dial-in number included in meetings created via MS teams Outlook plugin? Any insight on this will help.

If you want to realize this, it needs to configure direct routing.
Microsoft Phone System Direct Routing lets you connect a supported, customer-provided Session Border Controller (SBC) to Microsoft Phone System. With this capability, for example, you can configure on-premises Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN) connectivity with Microsoft Teams client.
For more details about direct routing, you could read the following two articles:
