how to send one-to-one message to someone by teamsAPI?

I'd like to use microsoft graph API to send message to someone by one on one. this picuture shows there are pemissions all we need to apply?

Ps : I'm not good in english but i really appreciate someone who give me a favour .

Are you trying to create a new chat? Because this API can't create a new chat; you must use the list chats method to retrieve the ID of an existing chat before you can create a chat message.

If you are using the Authorization Code Grant flow, you should be using Delegated permissions and if you are using the Client credential flow, you should be using Application permissions.

I am also looking for a way to send message from an application to a user. Not from a user to another user. Based on the documentation it can be done, but according to some other similar questions (quite recent ones also), only delegated approach works. Which is absolutely disappointing. As it is a totally legitimate use case to use chat as a notification board from application even without running a bot in Azure. But it seems that Microsoft doesn't want to support this for whatever reason...

questions one : how do i use the Authorization Code Grant flow , i‘m a bit confused now.

questions two : i saw the Delegated permissions way provided three Authentication methods in msgraph-SDK, do they all require users to log in to the browser for authentication?

That depends on your requirements. All permissions are not needed.

You can Use a higher privileged permission or permissions only if your app requires it. For details about delegated and application permissions, see Permission types.

These permissions can be granted as either delegated permissions (on behalf of the signed-in user) or application permissions (without a signed-in user), depending on your application's requirements.

If it is Delegated (work or school account) type, ChatMessage.Send permission works.
