It seems that you are encountering an error caused by outdated or corrupted login details saved within an app or within Windows. Here are a few steps you may take:
- Clear Cached Credentials:
- Open Credential Manager (you can search for it in the Start menu).
- Go to Windows Credentials and remove any credentials related to the accounts you're trying to add.
- Re-add the Account in Outlook:
- Open Outlook and go to File > Account Settings > Account Settings.
- Click on New to add a new account.
- Enter the email address and follow the prompts to complete the setup.
- Update Outlook and Windows:
- Make sure both Outlook and Windows are up to date. Sometimes, updates can resolve compatibility issues.
- Use the Microsoft Support and Recovery Assistant:
- Download and run the Microsoft Support and Recovery Assistant tool. It can help diagnose and fix issues with Outlook and other Microsoft apps.
If all above do not work, it is proposed that you create a new profile, re-add your account to the new profile and check if the same error still occurs.
