Unable to invite to tenant

We have a tenant specifically for guest users, to grant access to an application

When trying to invite we are now receiving the message "Invitations are blocked for this directory due to suspicious activity. Please contact Microsoft support for help."

You need to contact support to help unlock. Try using the Global support numbers here:

Based on the error message you received, it appears that was Invitations are blocked in your tenant due to suspicious activity.

To re-enable invitations, I need a few details from you to coordinate with my engineering team. Please share the following information via email to azcommunity [at] microsoft [dot] com with the subject line "ATTN: Navya", as it contains PII.

1. Tenant ID, display name, domain name of both resource tenant and home tenant.

2. What is the business justification and scenario they will be using invitations for?

Once I receive these details, I'll work with the engineering team to enable invitations in your tenant. I look forward to your response.

The issue you encountered was caused by attempting to invite bulk guest users. We addressed this by collaborating with our team, who have now unblocked your tenant. As you've mentioned, you can now access it successfully.
