Unable to use Entra ID account / Need MFA reset

Hello everyone,

Accidentally deleted my account off my Authenticator App. I can no longer login successfully because my only MFA method is the authenticator app and I forgot to setup a secondary method. This is my second tenant, and I just moved my Azure subscription over to it. I don't have any other accounts created either. Total rookie mistake. What are my options?

Thank you in advance,

Carlos

    Hi @Carlos Concha
Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A.
I understand that you accidentally deleted your account from your authenticator app and now can't access your account, as you didn’t set up a secondary MFA method. Additionally, this is your second Azure tenant, and you recently moved your Azure subscription to it, but you haven't configured any other accounts or administrators in the tenant.
In this case as you are the only global administrator of your Azure tenant, please reach out to Microsoft support for assistance.

Once you have submitted the support request, a Microsoft support engineer will contact you to help resolve the issue.

Or since this is your second tenant, please raise a ticket from your first tenant.
