When I try to use CoPilot within Microsoft 365 sharepoint it always responds with "Something went wrong. Please try again later." How can I get CoPilot to ingest the page contents of the sharepoint site I created? Do I need to activate some setting that causes all of the pages in the sharepoint to be indexed so CoPilot can query the information?

    Hi @Rochford, Peter ,

If CoPilot is not working in Microsoft 365 SharePoint and you receive the message "Something went wrong. Please try again later," there are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot the issue:

    • You must have the SharePoint Online license.
    • You must have at least read permission to access SharePoint documents. If you only have access to specific folders or sites, Copilot displays relevant documents from only those folders or sites.
    • Try to use a different browser or your browser's InPrivate mode to see if the same error occurs. Try to Clear browser cache.
    • If you want CoPilot to ingest the page contents, make sure that the documents and pages are indexed. Newly uploaded documents may take some time to be indexed, so if you recently added content, it might not be available yet.
