Converting Windows 11 to Windows 11 IoT Enterprise LTSC requires the purchase of a new licence. You will need a valid Windows 11 IoT Enterprise LTSC license key to activate and use the new version. Additionally, the upgrade process will require a fresh install, not via Windows Update.
