Groupon Office 2024 download not working

FRUSTRATED!!

We recently purchased the Office 2024 through Groupon in January of 2025 (less than 30 days ago). What a Horrible experience. Still to this day, we cannot access Word, Excel or any Office 2024 programs. We have reached out for help through Groupon, but they send us to some ******@licensetom.com website! HORRIBLE!! This is CRAZY support! Don't know what to do next to get this going. Another thing, when we purchased this program, no where did we see an expiration date on Office 2024. The details on their site said a "Yearly" subscription. But when we got the code, it said it expired in May of 2025, 3 months later! CRAZY! HELP!!

I understand how you feel, and I want to help you, but it is not the same as an Office installation purchased from the Microsoft Store.

If you purchased Office through Groupon, you need to download a specific ISO image from the provider and install it using the key code they provide.

The image above is taken from Groupon website, it may not be suitable for your situation, but I still recommend that you contact the seller to get targeted assistance.
