    Hello @aseg3092,

Thank you for connecting offline to troubleshoot this issue.

As we discussed on the call, you were unable to see another directory in your All Directories list because your user account was not added as a guest in any other directory. To manage another directory with the same user account, you need to invite your account as a guest to that directory.

During our call, we reset the password for your other directory to regain access. After that, you invited your existing user account as a guest to the second directory. Once you accepted the invitation, the issue was resolved, and you were able to see the Switch directory option in your All Directories list.

I hope this information is helpful. Please feel free to reach out if you have any further questions.

    Hello @aseg3092
Thank you for Reaching out Microsoft Q&A Platform.
I Understand that you are trying to switch to a different default tenant where you can use your Visual Studio Enterprise subscription and also have global admin privileges to that tenant.

In addition to the information provided by @Marcin Policht.
You can transfer your subscription to a new tenant if desired.

Alternatively, you can sign in directly to the tenant associated with your subscription by following a few steps to ensure you're in the correct tenant.

To switch your default tenant, follow these steps:

    1. Go to the Azure portal.
    2. In the top-right corner of the portal, click on your account name.
    3. Select "Switch Directory".
    4. Enable advanced options, then click on "Advanced Filters".
    5. Click on "Modify Advanced Filters" to view and select your desired default tenant.

Once you've selected your default tenant, the next time you sign in, you will be automatically redirected to the default tenant.
Hope this helps. Do let us know if you any further queries.
