I was scheduled for an exam but landed up in the hospital. If I submit proof will I be able to get my exam moved?

I was scheduled to write an exam yesterday 7 March 2025, but I was sick completely out of it booked off by the doctor. I was not able to rebook in time for another time to write.

Is there a way you guys can please help me schedule for another time to write?
