merge Azure, DevOps and MS Office accounts

We are seeking help to merge Azure, DevOps and MS Office user accounts. Currently, DevOps cannot be connected with MS Teams. I am requesting a work session.

To integrate Azure DevOps with Microsoft Teams, the DevOps organization must be linked to the same Azure Active Directory (AAD) used by your Microsoft 365 and Teams accounts.

To check that Azure DevOps is connected to Azure Active Directory or Microsoft Entra as Microsoft Teams Go to:

Azure DevOps -> Organization settings -> General -> Microsoft Entra.

If the organization is connected to Azure Active Directory, you will see the screen shown above. Verify that both Azure DevOps and Microsoft Teams are in the same directory.

If it is not connected to Azure Ad, connect the Directory by navigating to:

Organization settings -> General -> Microsoft Entra -> Connect directory -> Microsoft Entra -> Connect.

After Verifying the above steps Connect the Microsoft teams to Azure DevOps by navigating to:

Microsoft Teams -> Apps -> search for DevOps -> Add DevOps.

Hello,

DevOps 'Entra' settings has 'Connect' button disabled. When configuring Azure DevOps from MS Teams, it is not showing any project under DevOps account. (Looks like, they both are not in common AD ?)

To connect Azure DevOps with Microsoft Entra, you must be a member of the Project Collection Administrators group. You can verify your organization and tenant details by visiting aka.ms/vsprofile, or by searching for Azure DevOps Organization directly in the Azure portal.

There are certain limitations—specifically, the Azure DevOps organization, the Entra tenant, and the Microsoft Teams tenant must all reside within the same tenant for seamless integration.

Azure DevOps organizations can only be connected to Microsoft Teams if they are part of the same Microsoft Entra tenant. Even if the email addresses for Azure DevOps and Microsoft Teams are identical, they cannot be linked if they belong to different Entra tenants. For more details, refer to the Access via Microsoft Entra FAQs.

If your DevOps and Microsoft Teams are in different Microsoft Entra (Azure Active Directory) tenants, you need to migrate DevOps to the same Entra tenant as Teams.

Hello,

I have searched and tried all of above knowledge base articles already for multiple times. The issue is that DevOps account and Azure were created before creating Teams account. I would highly appreciate two minutes of work session so that I can show you that configuring MS Team's Azure DevOps extension is showing no DevOps account somehow.
