Cannot Create a Project

I'm trying to follow the step in this article:

I downloaded VS 2022 Community Edition & installed with the options below ticked:Visual Studio 2022 Install #01

I then tried to create the Word project referred to in the above link, with the selection belowVisual Studio 2022 WORD Project #01

This was the result:

What am I doing wrong?

    The Office/SharePoint development workload description refers to C# and VB and JavaScript.

    Try installing the .Net Desktop Development workload also.
