New Issue with Power Automate Flow Attempting to Upload File from API for Embed Image from OneNote

Did something recently can with the OneNote API? Have a flow that uploads embedded images to OneDrive based on data-fullres-src in img tag. Here is an example of the url.
https://www.onenote.com/api/v1.0/myOrganization/siteCollections/{collection}/sites/{site ID}/notes/resources/{resource ID}/content?publicAuth=true&mimeType=image/png
Flow continues to run at upload step. Attempting to access directly results in 10002 error,
"The service is currently unavailable. Please try again later."
Flow last successful ran 3/27 12:27 am.

I experience a similar issue with the OneNote “Get page content” Power Automate action.
I don't know if this is related to the same rootcause but since a few days I have been experiencing a problem with the creation of web pages (HTML) that are created via the OneNote (Business) action in power automate. “Get page content”
- Recently, the images are no longer displayed in the converted html pages.
- When I open the converted web page and click "Open image in new tab" on the drawing, I get the following message in the new tab:

- The text still show up correctly in the converted web pages.
