Hello everyone!

We were told in the Microsoft community to post our question here...

We encountered a problem with the Connectors in our Teams Channels. We used them to have certain events from Azure DevOps trigger messages in those channels to keep everyone up to date. Currently we can no longer add, remove or configure those connectors which is a problem since we are kicking of a few projects which need those connectors. Whenever we clkick on the configure button of any connector, try to add a new one, click on "My Accounts" or the "Configured" Button in the "Manage" group of buttons, we get an error message that reads (i cant upload a screenshot right now):

:-(

Something went wrong.

RequestId: [Long Request ID]

Server:

Date: 1/1/0001 12:00:00 AM

The RequestID is different every time. There is no server entry, and the date is always like the one above, not the correct date.

I already tried deleting all local Teams cache files, uninstalling and reinstalling Teams locally, using the web client, all with the same result. We got the message about changing webhook adresses a few weeks back but it seems to not be related to that directly but we can not make the changes necessary since we always get that error.

Does anybody have any ideas, recommendations or maybe guides on what we can do?

THank you very much!

Teams connectors are now deprecated, you're supposed to use the Workflows app as a replacement. Details are here: https://devblogs.microsoft.com/microsoft365dev/retirement-of-office-365-connectors-within-microsoft-teams/
