Hi, I have a query regarding my Azure free credits. If I don’t use my Azure credit points for 10 to 15 days, will they expire automatically?

Also, I’ve applied for a VISA or MasterCard which I’ll use to activate my Azure account. Once I log in to the Azure portal, what all do I need to provide, and how long will the credits remain valid if unused.?

    Hi sumit patil

To clarify, your Azure free credits will not expire automatically if you don't use them for 10 to 15 days. However, it’s important to keep in mind that the initial $200 Azure credit you receive must be used within the first 30 days after you create your Azure free account. If you do not use the full $200 credit within this time frame, any unused credit will be lost.

When setting up your Azure account, you will need to provide payment information, such as a VISA or MasterCard, to activate the account. Once activated, you’ll receive the $200 credit, which is valid for 30 days. After the first 30 days, you will have access to a limited set of free services for the next 12 months.
