Unable to login to Instagram accounts

I recently damaged my phone and purchased a new one. I had instagram two factor authentication on 3 accounts but since updating my new phone I am unable to add instagram to the authenticator because I require a QR code and I don't have the back up codes. Now I am unable to login to Instagram because it asks me to use the authenticator app to get a code. I am unable to add instagram to authenticator due to not being able to login to instagram.
Authenticator requires a qr code but I can't get it due to not being able to login to instagram.
Is there another way to add instagram to authenticator without back up codes and qr code? Then I can remove 2FA because it's problematic.
