Power Automate Flow Sudden Failure

Hi,

The tags above may be misleading, but nothing else seemed better.

I have detailed the issue as much as I can.

So, I built a Power Automate flow to pull data from a published dataset to a Power BI report and produce a file of that data to be sent out via email, internally or externally. The flow worked well and was turned on middle of December. It ran daily without a hitch until the 10th March when it failed and will not rerun.

The flow targeted a paginated report to produce a .csv file, manipulate it a bit and then send it out via Outlook.

On 10th March I came into this :

{"error":{"code":"InvalidRequest","message":"Report requested for export is not on dedicated capacity"}}

The great God Google is implying that it needs to be on a premium licence\capacity, which is fine, but has been working for 3’ish months every day without a problem. I have a Power BI Pro licence and always have had. The data source is Athena and no changes there or to our Azure set up\tenant etc….  My boss has looked through all notifications etc… and can’t see anything. It is all outside Fabric so that shouldn’t factor in it either.

This ability to automate and send a file of data out was one of the biggest gaps we have in our current provision that Azure could not achieve, it’s very important to get to the bottom of this seemingly sudden withdrawal of permissions. I have got the authority to get a Premium licence so am looking to that as a resolve but feel it shouldn’t be necessary. Especially as I built and implemented it on my current licence.

 Any thoughts or help would be gratefully received.

Cheers,

Lewis.
