Unable to sign in to tenant after a phone reset

Hello I am unable to sign in to a lab Entra ID tenant (xxxxxxxxxxxxx.onmicrosoft.com) and I am the only global admin of that tenant (basically after I had to reset my phone none of the Authenticator codes are avaliable for me to sign in with that account)

    Hello @Gareth Smith,

    The issue relates to a tenant lockout situation where no other global admin in the tenant has the necessary admin rights to re-register MFA.
