Acesse esse link: assistente de entrada da Microsoft :https://support.microsoft.com/home/contact?linkquery=Help%20me%20sign%20in%20to%20my%20Microsoft%20account Teste e veja se sua conta está bloqueada, se estiver geralmente ela deveria voltar sozinha em algumas horas, porem a minha não foi. Se for o seu caso, clique em continuar para desbloquear, neste caso, vc precisará alterar sua senha... após alterar tente entrar no seu email, caso não der certo, selecione o botão (Não) informando que vc não conseguiu trocar a senha... foi o meu caso, então clique em continuar para vc preencher o formulário de recuperação de senha... nesse formulário vc vai precisar colocar o e-mail com problema e mais um outro email para que vc possa receber a resposta. O formulário tem várias perguntas que só o dono da conta realmente vai saber responder. Caso tenha alguma pergunta que vc não saiba, pode pular sem medo. Ao terminar de preencher a Microsoft no meu caso, desbloqueou minha conta em menos de 30 minutos. Ao conseguir recuperar sua conta não se esqueça de colocar um outro fator de autenticação em sua conta na opção (Segurança) eu recomendo o Authenticator da Microsoft. Acho que aconteceu esse problema comigo pois eu tenho minha conta em varios dispositivos e eu acredito que algum deles estava com a senha errada. Espero poder ajudar quem esteve na mesma situação que eu.

2025-05-06T02:29:39.6566667+00:00 Solução: abra o CMD como administrador pela barra de pesquisa com o botão direito, coloque os seguintes comandos: "netsh winsock reset" de o Enter, depois coloque o seguinte comando "netsh int ip reset" e de o Enter (não incluir as aspas nos comandos), após isso reinicie seu computador, deverá funcionar, reiniciar seu roteador antes de fazer esse processo pode ajudar a resolver.

Ao conectar a internet do celular no notebook consegui acessar, no notebook, o hotmail/outlook novamente. Façam o teste primeiro no celular de vocês, desconectando o wifi. Espero ter ajudado

Baixe o aplicativo Authenticator.
Uma vez baixado, desative o Wi-fi. Conexão SOMENTE com os dados móveis.
Abra o aplicativo usando o seu login e a sua senha. Pronto.
Sendo assim. Todos os demais aplicativos que usarem o Hotmail irão pedir a validação pelo Authenticator instalado no seu celular.
E estes podem usar o Wi-fi.
Apenas a instalação do Authenticator tem que ser feito pelos Dados Móveis.

2025-06-08T14:57:32.3333333+00:00 I am having this same problem after purchasing a phone in Costa Rica. My region on my services is now set to CR and all of my services work on my PC. But NONE of my microsoft services work on my mobile device. Whenever I try to log in, it used to give the the "Too many requests" error. Now it gives me the error noted on the original question. When attempting to contact support it sends my to a worthless automated login support helper that doesn't address this issue whatsoever. PLEASE FIX THIS Microsoft.
I eventually got to a person after finding the well hidden path to actual support. They did not solve my issue, but I was able to get enough clues make the login work by setting my phone's VPN to be a US location. I was then able to log in. Once the login was created, things appear to work. That being said, my Microsoft account and my device both have my location set to Costa Rica, so again it makes no sense that I had to do this. I only had to have the VPN engaged for the period of the login, afterwards everything appears to work as expected, perhaps because the device now has the expected token/cookie/etc... -

I resolved it by having a code be sent to my alternate email.
This video game was the only place where I encountered this error - I was able to login to my account just fine through any other application or device.

So, as long as you have alternative sign-in methods set up, you should still be able to access your account until this time passes.

2025-05-06T02:18:25.08+00:00 Consegui uma solução para esse problema, fiz o seguinte: abri o CMD como administrador e coloquei dois comandos separados, primeiro coloquei "netsh winsock reset" e dei o enter, depois coloquei "netsh int ip reset", junto a isso eu havia reiniciado meu roteador de Internet, ahh e sobres os comandos no CMD após fazê-los precisa reiniciar o computador, para mim deu certo.

en realidad si tienen asignada una Ip fija en su equipo no seria necesario hacer este procedimiento.

First, I typed “netsh winsock reset” and pressed Enter. Then I typed “netsh int ip reset” and pressed Enter as well. Along with that, I had also restarted my internet router. ucharts Oh, and after running those commands in CMD, it’s important to restart the computer. This worked for me.

Essa solução do nickfurry533 resolveu aqui, basta abrir o CMD como administrador, e rodar os 2 comandos que ele mencionou em sequencia, e então, reiniciar o computador:

I followed thw procedure to run the 'netsh winsock reset' and the other one mentioned here from other members and after this the problem of access to my hotmail account resolved. Next day I noticed that my laptop with win10 home started to deisconnect fron the router by wifi and do not recognise the router anyway. I tried a lot but it works only when I connect it with a cable. Can somebody help meto to recover my windows from this wrong situation? Thanks in advance.
