Help! Fine-tuning doesn't work anymore on my account

My fine-tuned model it's been for more than a day in Queued status.
I added another one and the same problem. usually it will not take more than an hour.

Normally, as you said, it shouldn't take more than an hour. It might be due to backend load or a temporary service hiccup. I'd recommend submitting a support ticket through the Azure portal to flag it directly with the engineering team. In the meantime, avoid queuing additional jobs, as it might just add to the backlog.

Access to technical support (including submitting tickets) requires a Basic, Developer, Standard, or Premier support plan. The free tier or trial accounts typically only provide access to documentation and self-help articles.
To check or upgrade your support plan:
- Go to the Azure Support Plans page.
- Review the available options and select a plan that includes technical support.
- Once upgraded, you should see the option to submit a new support request from the Help + Support blade in the Azure Portal.

2025-05-16T20:03:32.7466667+00:00 So the only way to get some help for something is clearly an issue, is to pay for an upgrade? That's $100 per month. This is pretty ridiculous.
Basic, Developer doesn't access to Support Engineers via email and phone. It only has Business hours access to Support Engineers via prioritized responses on Microsoft Q&A which is this forum which looks pretty useless cuz no one is able to help :(
