when I try to download a new Windows update it gives an error 0х800700005 or 0x80080005

Make sure all your driver and BIOS are up to date.
Run the Wiundows Update Troubleshooter.
Disable or uninstall any 3rd party AntiVirus.
Make sure you have enough storage space on the disk.
Drivers and BIOS have been updated.
Windows Update Troubleshooter could not resolve the issue and advised to contact support.
There is no 3rd party antivirus, only Microsoft Defender.
I have 1 terabyte of free space on the disk.
I still can't update.
