visual studio is refusing to install

so i'm trying to install video studios but no matter what I try it refuses to install. the error code is Error 0x80004003: Failed to read instance b529d110

    1. Run InstallCleanup.exe as Administrator  Ensure the cleanup tool is executed in an elevated command prompt to fully remove leftover Visual Studio components
    2. If the error persists, manually remove registry entries related to Visual Studio instances (especially b529d110) and reboot before retrying the installation.
    3. If using an offline installer, verify the layout is complete and not missing critical packages. Run the installer with --fix to restore missing components.
