We are sorry to hear about the Wi-Fi issue. Here are the methods that we suggest:
- Try to uninstall the VPN (if you have) on the device and see how it goes.
- Check if the device's airplane mode is on.
- Perform a network reset, select the Start button, then select Settings > Network & Internet > Status > Network reset.
- Refresh the Wi-Fi driver. Go to device manager > find and expand the Wi-Fi driver > Right-click then choose uninstall. > restart the device.
- Try running the network commands to restart the network settings:
- In the search box on the taskbar, type Command prompt. The Command Prompt button will appear. To the right of it, select Run as administrator > Yes.
- At the command prompt, run the following commands in the listed order, and then check to see if that fixes your connection problem:
- Type netsh winsock reset and select Enter.
- Type netsh int ip reset and select Enter.
- Type ipconfig /release and select Enter.
- Type ipconfig /renew and select Enter.
- Type ipconfig /flushdns and select Enter.
Feel free to respond to this thread to let us know how the methods above goes.
