why if i do a Ping command to my windows Server 2008R2 it gets a wrong ip addres as response

when i make a Ping like: ping "my server" it show me a wrong ip as response, the ip of the server is 192.168.1.5 and it shows me 192.168.1.40...

In that server a tech install a service "Network Policy and Access services" and since that the other pcs on my network have a wrong ip associated to my server. localdomain
