Run-time error 75: path/file access error

Hi,

i am using an accounting software called Pastel and for some time now, each time i try to run the program it gives me run-time error 75. this program runs on pervasive.sql. what can i do to stop this error? i hope to hear from you soon

    Hi Okailey,

    I would suggest you to try running the program as an administrator and check if it is working.

    Follow the steps below to do so:

    1. Right click on the program shortcut.

    2. Select “Run as administrator”.

    Check if you are getting the same error message.

    If it works, you need to create a new administrator user account which might help you in resolving the issue.

    You may try creating new user account by following the instructions in the link below and check if it is working.

    You may also try uninstalling and reinstalling the application and check if the issue is resolved.
