What is Microsoft Sync Framework... ""runtime native" v1.0 (x86)..and "services native" in my add/remove program list. Can i delete it to free up disk space?

Try to keep the Frameworks installed that Microsoft puts on your machine - they tend to be required for other stuff you are probably doing.  To free up disk space, here's a great article on a few tactics you can take to free up additional space - though it's for the somewhat technically proficient -  http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc750370.aspx?ppud=4
