Visual Studio 2017 Wsdl create an empty reference.vb

An organization publish a lot of Wsdl, VS2017 correctly create the client with correct reference.vb. for only one if i do the same thing 'add a service reference' create an empty reference.vb file.66933-wsallegatiimplservice.xml
i have renamed .wsdl in .xml

When VS2017 create the client from 66878-notsupported.xml the file reference.vb is empty
so the client is not working -

Peng Ding-MSFT 96 Reputation points2021-03-08T08:21:17.34+00:00 I think this may be because your 66878-notsupported.xml does not conform to the specification. Normally, the files we add to the service reference are WSDL files instead of xml files.
