BizTalk Server 2020 Group Level Analytics Config Error

Hi,

I am trying to configure BizTalk Group level analytics on Biztalk Server 2020 (CU1) to log tracking data to Azure log analytics, but I'm not able to configure it as shown in the picture. I have Contribute permissions on both subscription level and resource group level, so it should be sufficient. I have also created an Application Insight application in a resource group. When I sign-in with the relevant user I still cannot get access...the interface is just disabled and greyed out as shown...

I was running Fiddlr in the background when I signed with my user and it seems that the query for subscriptions is not returning any subscription info:

Request = GET https://management.azure.com/subscriptions?api-version=2014-01-01 HTTP/1.1
Response = HTTP/1.1 200 OK {"value":[]} //no subscription info returned

I'm not sure if this is the root cause for the issue, but it seems related from my point of view.

Has anyone else experiences this particular issue, and managed to find out the cause and how solve it? Your input would be much appreciated.

Thanks.

    Dear member,

    Thank you for posting your question on the Microsoft Q&A platform.

    Please confirm, did you check the Prerequisites, if not then please have a look,

    To send your tracking data to Application Insights, create a new instance of Application Insights. BizTalk Server uses the Instrumentation Key to authenticate.
    To send your tracking data to Azure Event Hubs, create an Azure Event Hubs namespace and event hub. BizTalk Server uses the SAS (namespace-level) or event hub-level policy to authenticate.
