Hello,

we are using FSLogix on an RDS farm in Windows Server 2019. We have installed OneDrive and set the "Profile Disks" option to "Store only the following folders on the user profile disk".

I unchecked the "User Registry Data" option because when I leave it on OneDrive no longer works. I have a problem though, all user customizations are not saved anymore. Each time they log out they lose their Chrome bookmark/password and symbolic links (file redirection etc..).

At each disconnection it is also necessary to reconnect to OneDrive. However, I have added several folders in "Include the following folders" like :

  • AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Caches
  • AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Explorer
  • AppData\Local\Packages
  • AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows
  • AppData\Local\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Licensing
  • AppData\Local\Microsoft\Credentials
  • AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook
  • AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Outlook

How to solve its problems? Thank :)

Hello, @Anonymous Sorry for the delay in responding.

For one drive to work I had to disable this option

I have tried several times in the last few days, I have activated the above option and included new files:

    • AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\CloudStore
    • AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Teams

On our first RDS server, everything works or almost, every day I am forced to reconnect to the Microsoft 365 service, put my login.

On our second server (normally identical in every way) Teams does not work and shows us (impossible to connect). While one drive shows us this error: "could not star file on demand" :

    Error code : 80070003

Moreover, in my "C:\Users" folder I have several folders for my user :

    myuser
    myuser.005
    myuser.007
