Multiple Azure Auto pilot profiles

We are currently using Auto pilot with Hybrid environment.
Can we also use "Azure Only" Auto pilot profile apart from the Hybrid, both at the same using dynamic group membership?

    Theoretically it would cause conflict as to which profile to apply for a specific device.
