Thank you for your help! I followed the instruction above and it didn't find any errors. It says "Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations." What to do next?

Camera stopped working. Light near the camera lens is turned green.
Troubleshooting steps made:
Camera privacy setting is turned on.
Updated driver in Device Manager/ Cameras/ USB2.0 VGA UVC WebCam, restarted laptop.
No “stream.sys” found in Properties/ Driver tab/ Driver Details.
Also tried, Roll back Driver, restarted laptop.Even tried uninstalling USB2.0 VGA UVC WebCam, restarted laptop.
