Office js : is it possible to do an action at an exact position in a Word ?

Hi!
I am on creating a Word addin and I have a request that returns me a position (x and y). I need to be able to insert something (for example: some text) at this x and y position. Is there a method that can allow me to do this ?
I searched the docs (getSelect, insertText,...) but couldn't find it. I hope I missed it.
