icewarp to Office 365 IMAP Migration issue

Hi Team,

I am in process of migrating from Icewarp to Office 365 through IMAP migration.
For few mailboxes i receive the below error message and the basic troubleshooting like recreating batch, setting bad item limit doesn't fix. Please help.

    We can follow this blog to try to find more detailed information about this migration request: Troubleshooting IMAP Migrations to Office 365

    Since this phenomenon doesn't occur on all mailboxes, I think your configuration is correct, this phenomenon may caused by mailboxes itself or network. You can try to remove exist migration request, wait a while and try again. If you still cannot migrate mailbox successfully. You can create new mailbox on Office 365 for those mailboxes, then export and import data from Outlook client.

    hi , i want to ask you did you use RecoveryTools IceWarp Migrator utility or you do imap migration directly from exchange online admin portal ???? , your fast response is highly appreciated , thank you .
