Please try following options
- If you are using a desktop version of Teams application, check if you have the latest software used. If not update to latest version
- If the application is latest, try to clear cache
Quit Microsoft Teams. Right-click the icon and select Quit.
Cut and paste the following location(s) into File Explorer: %appdata%\Microsoft\Teams.
Delete the contents of the entire folder.
Restart Microsoft Teams.
- If the above steps didn't help, try to use a web browser and see if it helps. You may try with different web browsers like chrome, edge etc.
