I would like to set up a new view that shows only a set of opportunities that are related to our pilot and connect that data to a Power Bi Data

Hello,
Not sure what is more suitable, our new Service needs to be able to have a dash board with the Following criteria:
Tot Leads Requested
Tot Leads Entered/Processed Tot Duplicate Lead Requests Tot Open Leads Avg Hours/Days Open Leads Tot Disqualified Leads Tot Opportunities Conversion Rate (Lead->Opportunity) Tot Wins Win Rate % Win $ % (Win$/Opp$) Avg Deal (Win) Size Tot Svc Cost Cost per Request/Lead Cost per Opportunity Cost per Win+Active Cost per Win Cost Ratio per Win Velocity (10% -> 20%) Velocity (20% -> 80%) Velocity (0% -> order) Tot Active Projects (begun at least 6 months ago) Lead-Project % (# leads per project)
We need to create a Service Specific view and being able to connect that to a power bi for reporting, or any other way to connect that data to show the results we need to share. I will be glad to have a call to provide more context if you feel that is valuable.

Hi Rafael, Can you confirm that the data is being sourced from an Azure Database for MySQL instance, or is this data being sourced from a 3rd Party CRM solution? If you are looking to extract data directly from Azure Database for MySQL using PowerBI Desktop, then you just need to install the following MySQL Connector and connect with PowerBI to build your report.

What is not clear is the statement about "our new service needs to be able to have a dashboard with ...". Where does this dashboard need to exists, or is this a dashboard view within PowerBI?

We need to create a way to display that information, I guess the best way is Power Bi feed by the Dynamics view

Wanted to follow up with you, @Rafael Arias Salas (Accenture) , as you are correct that you will use the PowerBI Power Query to connect with the Dynamics CRM OData Feed, to import the data into PowerBI. Please see: Dynamics CRM Online in Power Query

A more updated approach is to use the newer template apps. Please see: What are Power BI template apps? Where there are prebuilt dashboards that can be created in PowerBI from Dynamics CRM data.

With that information provided, you need to use PowerBI to access the data source and build a view that matches you desired metrics. Connect with Power Query to the OData Feed to import data or use an available template app from the marketplace to connect and query the Dynamics CRM data source to build views.
