Issues with Bitlocker

Question

I have a HPE ProLiant server that I've just installed a new TPM module and the OS installed is Windows 2012 r2. I've installed the BitLocker feature but I am having issues enabling it on my C: drive. At first when I tried, it was giving me the first error below. Searching online, I found how to make changes to the BCD and pointing certain options to the system disk volume. Once I made the changes and rebooted, I am now getting the second error below and I can't seem to find a solution. Any suggestions?

Error:
The path specified in the Boot Configuration Data (BCD) for a BitLocker Drive Encryption integrity-protected application is incorrect. Please verify and correct your BCD settings and try again.

Error 2:
The volume does not contain a recognized file system. Please make sure that all required file system drivers are loaded and that the volume is not corrupted.
