After that I realized that i got keyboard issue with this laptop. Some special characters not matched with imposed letters of the keyboard. ie, if I press  Shift + number 1 key of top Raw, it will type "!" mark instead of "&". and other keys have the same problem. If i press Shift+ 4 it will come"$" instead of coma . It has separate key for "%" but it works with Shift+5. But Number keys are perfectly matching with the prints.

Dell customer care executives said that, there is no complaint in key board, this laptop is manufactured in BELGIUMand the keyboard language setting is in English (India) Mode.

And they changed Keyboard Language to English (Belgium). After that almost all special characters are matched with prints of key board. but settings have changed to AZERTY keyboard layout. And  if I press Mit will type **coma.**Some other keys also got similar issues.

Please help me to sort out the issue with correct settings which suits the exact keyboard layout.

Keyboard images and screenshot of language settings options are attached for your kind consideration.

    Hi, LEWISCL

    Welcome to Microsoft Community.

We understand your question about keyboard layout.  It is important to explain that your keyboard layout is set by your computer manufacturer, and different computer manufacturers have different keyboard layouts for different models of their products, and there is no keyboard layout in Windows that is fully compatible with all laptop keyboards. As you described, no matter what keyboard layout you have set, it will affect the input of the other keys to a greater or lesser extent. For example, if you have set up the AZERTY keyboard layout, but when you press the M key, you will type coma. For this, we recommend you to contact Dell support to get the keyboard layout you want, or use a third-party software or keyboard to force your keyboard key mapping to achieve your desired keyboard layout. If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact us.

    Best Regards
