Why I canot invite new guest with google mail ?

why some google email accounts can invite to the teams, and others can not be invite to teams, for example my friend 10557-teams.pngcan invite to teams she is use gmail account, what different ?

    It recommends you refer to Microsoft Teams guest access checklist to check if you turn on and configure guest access correctly:
    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/guest-access-checklist.

    After finishing the steps, it will wait for several hours to take effect.
