Hello! For meeting within a Microsoft Teams channel, about half of my group members are unable to join the meeting themselves and have to be manually invited every time by someone in the meeting. Is there a way to fix this?

Can these users in channel see your meeting notifications in Teams channel?
I did a test in my environment. If the meeting organizer schedule the channel meeting. The meeting will show in the channel and everyone in the channel can join the meeting with no issue. The following picture are for your reference:
