Thanks for reaching out. To better understand the root cause, could you please try "Import Schema" option in "Mapping" section of Copy Activity and let us know if you were able to import schema without issues? In case if you notice any other error message please do share the complete error message along with screenshot if possible.

There were some issues with the table names at source side. Now, am able to smoothly extract the data.
