Hello,

Is there a dashboard in Azure Portal where I can see who created a resource and the date it was created? Or a query where I can see when all resources were created and possible filter for old resources or by users who are no longer in the group?

    AFAIK currently there is no straightforward dashboard in Azure portal but with the help of Activity Logs or resources REST API you can get the information on who created a resource and when was a resource created. For more information w.r.t it, refer this and this articles.

    Regarding feature to have a straightforward dashboard in Azure portal, if interested, raise a feature request in this uservoice / feedback forum. In general, Azure feature team would check feasibility of a feature request, prioritize against existing feature backlog, add in roadmap as appropriate and would announce and/or update the related Azure document once a feature request is addressed.
