problem registering dlls

i replaced my original unarc/isdone.dlls without re-registering them or un-registering the originals. each time i try to register them i get this error. make sure unarc is a vaild dll or ocx file.is there any fix please?(command prompt running on admin)

    The reason you cannot register this file is it comes from a PIRATED GAME.

    isdone.dll    files are found only on pirated games.

    Note that it is against the terms of use of these  o fficial Microsoft forums (think about that)   to ask for help,

    or to offer help to software piracy.

    Fortunately, people don't normally get banned if they don't persist in asking help to pirate software though.

    Hi, I'm Robinson, an Independent Advisor and a Windows user like you.

    Check if doesn't any corrupt file on the windows.

    1-Right-Click on Start then click Windows PowerShell(admin)

    2-Type these commands.

    DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth [Enter]

    sfc /scannow [Enter]

    Hello and thanks in advance for the help 

    i did what you asked me to do but i got this error back the dlls are downloaded from a site and since i have a 64bit system i have installed both the dlls in sysWOW64 and system32
