Looking for Project Tracking Solution

Hello -- Looking for some thoughts on the best way to track new projects that then have to flow through a process of "steps" before the land in final approval. Not looking to use an external software. Would want to track this flow basically:

  • new project comes in
  • goes to a list of projects
  • each project is assessed to see if it is worth moving forward
  • projects that are top priority based on assessment are put in another list
  • approval

Is building a Power App best? PBI? Any brainstorming ideas are welcome!
