Hi all,

We have recently set up a ADLS gen 2 and we want to update our reports automatically. In the powerBI desktop version everything works, but online I get the following error:
Failed to update data source credentials: The credentials provided for the AzureDataLakeStorage source are invalid.

I have given reader/owner role access in the ADLS for Power BI Premium, Power BI Service and Power Query Online.

Does anybody know how to solve this problem?

Azure Data Lake Storage

I have resolved the issue, had to whitelist the Azure IP's for my region in the ADLS.

    Dear @Joris-3620 ,

I had also experienced similar issues and it resolved by allowing Azure IP's for from the region ADLS is located.
Whitelist the Azure IP's is a key to solve this sort of error.

Pls let us know if you are facing any other challenge.

    Regards,

I am running into the same. There are about 150+ IP addresses for my region. Is there a recommended way to bulk load these IP addresses, or is it recommended to manually maintain?
