I have a team set up for a non-profit using MS Teams (free) and when I send an invitation to new users they are being told they cannot access my "organisation" - why is this and how to I solve the problem? I have sent requests to them but cannot see the responses to the requests in my pending requests space.

    Hi,
Could you please clarify more details on this issue like are you sending invitation to the emails outside the organization or within the same organization? If you wanted to invite and add outside users, please check my short video here: add-external-contacts-in-microsoft-teams

    Hi Tbirdspinz-7598,

Do all the people have no access to your organization?

Could you provide us any related screenshots to understand your situation clearly?

Please make sure that you have enabled the ability to invite other via link. Go to Manage org in the profile section > Manage join link section.

Apart from the invite link, you can also try to invite people via your Microsoft account.
