AWS supports CDN image processing through Lambda@edge service.

Azure in china provides Azure Content Delivery Network: Photo processing service.
Don't other Azure regions support the same service?

    Hello @아롬 황 ,

Welcome to Microsoft Q&A Platform. Thank you for reaching out & hope you are doing well.

As per this doc, the Azure equivalent of AWS Lambda service is Azure Functions which integrate systems and run backend processes in response to events or schedules without provisioning or managing servers.

And you can automate resizing uploaded images using Event Grid & Azure Functions:
    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/event-grid/resize-images-on-storage-blob-upload-event?toc=%2Fazure%2Fazure-functions%2Ftoc.json&tabs=dotnet%2Cazure-powershell

Unfortunately Azure CDN Image Processing is currently only available in Azure CDN China and is not available globally.
This feature is currently under review for global release. You can upvote the feature in the below feedback forum:

Kindly let us know if the above helps or you need further assistance on this issue.

@GitaraniSharma-MSFT - I don't think the original question was answered which was:
Does Lambda@edge service not exist in Azure?

AWS has Lambda, and Microsoft has Azure Functions
AWS has Edge Lamda's but does Microsoft Azure have an equivalent solution to running Azure Function's on the Edge closer to users?
