I have to scenarios, first one is connected to my teams call but their audio connection does not work. They are not muted and their speakers are on (full blast)! We can all see them but no audio.

Second situation is they member is connected band they do hear us but when they speak it's a choppy.

I was hoping that there was a solution to providing a dial in number to connect to for those two situations and for those that are not able to use Teams.
